SLEEVE BADGE OF THE FINNISH ARMOURED DIVISION

FINLAND, c. 1939-1945

A war period cloth sleeve badge of the Finnish Armoured Division (Panssaridivisioona). The symbol of three arrows (Lagus’ arrows / Laguksen nuolet) was used on the division’s uniforms, vehicles and badges. This larger variation of the badge was used in M/1936 and M/1939 tunic sleeves. The badge dates from the Second World War and is in very good vintage condition.
