VINTAGE SYRIAN KARD DAGGER
Syria / c. 1900-1950

A fine Syrian steel Kard dagger with silver decorations. The blade shows a false damascus pattern and floral silver decorations at the base. The handle is covered in similarly bold silver koftgari decorations of flowers and birds. Scabbard is decorated en suite with the blade and handle. The inside of the scabbard is velvet.
