GERMAN WWI FIELD CANTEEN

DESCRIPTION
A vintage WWI era field canteen manufactured in the 1910s Imperial Germany for military use in WW1. The canteen is made of enameled steel and it is covered with field-green felt cloth. The original cork stopper has a steel cap and the enameled bottle mouth has some ambigious markings. The leather strap and the metal belt hook is attached.

CONDITION
The canteen is in used vintage condition with signs of age and overall wear. The cloth has not been opened but based on the finger feel the bottle has hardly any major dents.
