Shipping policy
- GENERAL TERMS
Morion Antique’s web shop (www.petermustonen.com) is a marketplace operated by the company Morion Antique (VAT no. FI15105235), through which the company sells products to private and business customers. These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between Morion Antique and its customers. Morion Antique reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions were last updated on 03 January 2024.
- ORDERING
You can order products from the web shop using the shopping cart function of the site or by sending a free-form order by email (sales@petermustonen.com). When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide the seller with his contact information, which include at least her name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. In addition, the name and business ID of the company will be collected from the business customer. This information is used to deliver the order and manage the customer relationship and is stored in Morion Antique’s customer register.
- PRICES
Most of the items for sales are second-hand antique products subject to marginal tax. Prices of the new products include the Finnish VAT. The prices of the items do not include delivery costs, which will be charged separately. Morion Antique reserves the right to price changes.
- PAYMENT METHODS
Purchases ordered through the online shop can be paid by bank transfer, credit card or MobilePay. Verifone Finland Oy is the payment intermediary for orders. A separate invoice will be sent for email orders. Electronic invoicing is available for institutional and business customers.
- DELIVERY
Orders are delivered mostly in the most economical way. For domestic deliveries to Finland, Matkahuolto and Posti are preferred, but other service providers are also used for large parcels and international orders. Delivery times vary depending on the receiving country. The customer will be informed by email about the progress of the order. Morion Antique is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes. Morion Antique also reserves the right not to deliver the order in case of a price error in the product information (e.g. the product has no price at all), or if the product is no longer available.
- RETURN POLICY
The customer has the right to return the product ordered from the web shop in the same condition within 14 days of receipt of the product. To return the product, the customer is requested to contact the customer service (sales@petermustonen.com) for the necessary instructions. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs related to the return. Morion Antique will refund the price of the returned product to the customer upon receipt of the product.
- COMPLAINTS
The customer has the right to complain about a defect in the goods purchased from Morion Antique’s web shop. Complaints will be dealt with in writing. An informal complaint can be sent to Morion Antique’s customer service by email (sales@petermsutonen.com).
