FINNISH POST-WAR FIREFIGHTER MEDAL OF MERIT

DESCRIPTION
An original vintage Finnish Firefighter Medal of Merit (Palontorjuntaliiton Ansiomitali). The medal is made of tombac, finished with gilded brass details, and the text “ANSIOKKAASTA TOIMINNASTA PALOKUNTA-AATTEEN HYVÄKSI” is inscibed on it. The original red-green-and-yellow silk ribbon is attached. The ribbon is secured with a safety pin.

CONDITION
The medal is in good vintage condition with small signs of age and wear and patinated surface.
