FINNISH WWII CROSS OF LIBERTY 3RD CLASS WITH SWORDS

DESCRIPTION
An original vintage Finnish WWII medal, the 3rd Class Cross of Liberty with Swords (3. luokan Vapaudenristi Miekoin) awarded for merits during the Finnish Continuation War (1941-1944). The medal, designed by Akseli Gallen-Kallela, is made of black-oxidized steel with gilded details. The original red-and-white silk ribbon is attached.

CONDITION
The medal is in good vintage condition with small signs of age and wear and patinated surface.
