FINNISH M/1919 MILITARY DRESS KNIFE

FINLAND, c. 1920-1930

An early version of the classical Finnish dress knife M/1919 designed by Axel Gallen (Akseli Gallen-Kallela) during the first years of the Finnish independence. This version is slightly larger in size and is equipped with original leather frog. The blade shows the Finnish manufacturer markings Fiskars.

The knife is in untouched vintage condition signs of wear. The blade shows marks of grinding.
