A very interesting, original WWII period paper propaganda flyer prepared by the Terijoki Government—a puppet government under Soviet control—and distributed behind Finnish lines during the Winter War of 1939–1940.
The following text is written in Finnish on the leaflet:
“Sotilaat! Teille selitetään, että Punainen Armeija haluaa vallata Suomen alueita. Teitä petetään. Vilkaisemalla tähän karttaan te voitte tulla vakuutetuiksi, että Neuvostoliiton ja Suomen Kansanvaltaisen Hallituksen välillä solmitun sopimuksen perusteella Suomen maa-alue laajenee huomattavasti. Tämän sopimuksen perusteella Neuvostoliitto luovuttaa Suomelle 70.000 neliökilometrin suuruisen alueen, jonka väkiluku on yli 100.000, korvaukseksi saamastaan 4.000 neliökilometrin maa-alueesta, jonka väkiluku on alle 25.000. Ainoastaan Suomen Kansanvaltainen Hallitus Otto Kuusisen johdolla turvaa Suomen riippumattomuuden. Alas Rydin hallitus, joka vie teidät kuolemaan!”
Translated in English:
“Soldiers! You are being told that the Red Army wants to conquer Finnish territories. You are being deceived. By glancing at this map, you can see for yourselves that, based on the agreement concluded between the Soviet Union and the Finnish Democratic Government, Finland’s territory will expand significantly. Under this agreement, the Soviet Union will cede to Finland an area of 70,000 square kilometers with a population of over 100,000, in exchange for the 4,000 square kilometers of territory it has received, which has a population of less than 25,000. Only the Finnish Democratic Government, led by Otto Kuusinen, can safeguard Finland’s independence. Down with the Ryti government, which is leading you to your destruction!”

CONDITION
The paper is in good, untouched vintage condition with central folds both vertically and horizontally, and some slightly smaller wrinkles
