An Indian 19th century top helmet with a steel skull engraved and decorated with gold koftgari work in floral patterns and panels of wild beasts. The neck mail protection is made of butted steel and brass rings. The helmet is with its original red-and-yellow silk liner and it comes with a hinged nasal protection. The helmet is in beautiful antique condition with some defects on the mail protection.
