GERMAN STEEL HELMET M/1916

GERMAN 1910S

A German steel combat helmet M/1916 (Stahlhelm) manufactured for the WW1 in the late 1910s and used later in the WW2 by the Finnish army. The helmet shell is once overpainted and then cleaned back to the original colour. The original leather liner is in used condition. The leather chinstrap is missing. The manufacturer’s markings (R1015) stamped on the inner surface of the shell are well visible.
