KUKRI KNIFE
Nepal / Late 19th Century

A large-sized kukri knife with dark horn hilts and wooden velvet-covered scabbard which is fitted with large brass mounts and decorated with coral and turquoise insets. The two smaller knives are remaining. The steel blade of the main knife is strong and sharp. The knife is in fairly good untouched antique condition with some damage on the horn hilt and the wooden scabbard.
