An antique light cavalry hussar sabre of probably North European or Russian origin with lion-shaped brass hilt and leather-covered wooden grip. The strong and curved steel blade is marked by an ambiguous manufacturer. The sword is in nice untouched antique condition with normal signs of wear. The hilt is slightly loose and the blade shows some signs of pitting.
