A beautiful vintage billao dagger from the region of the Horn of Africa. The facetted bone grip is finished with a brass pommel. The double-edged steel blade is asymmetrical as is typical for the region. The leather sheath is stitched and decorated with metal wires. The knife is in good vintage condition with minor signs of wear and a small crack on the lower part of the handle.
