SYRIAN JAMBIYA DAGGER WITH DECORATED HORN HANDLE

DESCRIPTION
A vintage Syrian jambiya dagger manufactured approximately in the mid 20th century. The handle is made of buffalo horn, bone and mother of pearl and is fitted with brass mounts. The triple-fullered steel blade is double-edged. The wooden scabbard is covered with decorated brass plates.

CONDITION
The knife is in untouched vintage condition with some signs of age and wear. Three small pieces of decorations are missing on the upper part of the handle. One belt ring is missing on the scabbard. The knife and the scabbard fit well together.
