YEMENITE THOUMA JAMBIYA DAGGER

A Yemenite Jambiya style Thouma made most likely in Sana’a, Yemen. The blade is made of strong steel and it has arabic writing etched on the bottom of it. The handle is made of dark horn and is mounted with brass decorations resembling eyes. The scabbard is made of wood with velvet lining on the front and a leather backside. The leather shows significant damage and creasing on it and the blade can be seen peeking through a crack on the side of the scabbard. It is in used antique condition.
