FINNISH M/1939 ‘KULMALA’ KNIFE BAYONET

DESCRIPTION
An original WWII M/1939 knife bayonet manufactured by Veljekset Kulmala Oy Ab, in the late 1930s or early 1940s Finland. The steel-mounted birchwood handle is marked by the Finnish Civil Guard (S) on the crossguard. The clip-pointed steel blade is marked by the manufacturer. The green side-stitched leather sheath is marked by the Civil Guard (SkY) and it comes with a leather belt strap.

CONDITION
The knife is in good vintage condition with small signs of age and overall wear. The wooden handle has a small crack. The knife fits well in its sheath.
