EUROPEAN MAIL PATCH FRAGMENT

DESCRIPTION
An original and authentic medieval fragmental patch of a European mail armour originating from the late 15th century or early 16th century. The mail is constructed of flat riveted steel rings typical for the European mail of the period. The patch originates from a larger mail sleeve.

CONDITION
The item is in good antique condition with small signs of wear and some spots of light surface rust.
