BRASS-HILTED BRIQUET SABRE

EUROPE, late 19th century

A brass-hilted briquet-type saber with black, brass-mounted leather scabbard and slightly curved steel blade. The exact origin of the model is unknown to us. Stamps well visible on the upper scabbard mount. No markings on the hilt or blade. The sword is in good, original condition with some small signs of wear.
