A fine golok dagger from Indonesia. Single fullered, recurved blade of fine proportions, decorated with a separate, chiseled bird on the bottom. Base of the blade is engraved with simple floral decorations. Small brass inlays follow down the back all the way to the tip. The handle is made in two sections.The main part is made of water buffalo horn, decorated in archantus-style. The lower part is separated with a brass flower and a ferrule. A few brass inlays are missing from the tip of the blade.
