GERMAN 1940S

A German steel combat helmet M/1942 (Stahlhelm) manufactured for the WW2 in the early 1940s. The helmet shell is in worn condition with light surface rust. The leather liner has been refurbished by the Finnish Army in the late 1940s and is in worn condition. The leather chinstrap is attached. The manufacturer’s markings stamped on the inner surface on the shell are partly visible.
