An extremely rare type of a long sabre with strengthened forte and remains of the crossguard. The tang has original bolts for securing the grip scales. A rarely seen example in these proportions. The overall condition of the blade is excavated with some pitted areas. The iron is very strong and stabile. The extreme tip of the blade is bent.
