FINNISH WWII COMMEMORATIVE MEDAL OF THE HOMEFRONT WOMEN & CERTIFICATE

DESCRIPTION
An original vintage Finnish WWII medal, the Commemorative Medal of the Homefront Women (Kotirintamanaisten muistomitali) awarded to the Finnish homefront women for their merits during the Finnish Winter War (1939-1940) and the Continuation War (1941-1944). The medal is made of gilded tombac. The original red-and-white silk ribbon is attached. The medal comes with its original paper certificate.

CONDITION
The medal and the paper are in good vintage condition with small signs of age and wear and patinated surface.
